In die tradisionele leefwyse van dieBantoe het die huisbedrywe ’n baiebelangrike rol gespeel. Dit het nie alleen in meeste van sy huishoudelike en persoonlike behoeftes voorsien nie, maar was inderdaad ook ’n uiting van sy kunsaanvoeling.
