Abstract

By die behandeling van dié verslag op 17 Maart het kol. Crewe die volgende voorstel ingedien, wat aanvaar is. Dit lê sekere beginsels neer vir die laer standerds en ander beginsels vir die hoër standerds en vorm die grondslag van die Finale verslag.
