Ek het reeds tevore in Koers en eldersaan gedui dat die romanistiese reaksie in ons land teen die anglisering van ons reg grotendeels geregverdig is, hoewel dit self in 'n moeras bly rondwoel so lank as nog nie deur kodifikasie 'n menigte onnodige strydpunte uitgeskakel is nie.
